Free shipping worldwide for orders over $99.
For U.S. Customers:
- We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
- Orders from the U.S. will usually arrive within 7-15 business days of shipment, depending on the destination.
For International Customers:
- We aim to check and pack orders within 5 business days. We will email you if the item is out of stock.
- All international orders will usually arrive within 7-28 business days of shipment depending on the destination.

Shipping rates for remote countries will be calculated based on logistics and distance and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- We now cover all custom duties and fees for shipments to the USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, and Hong Kong.
- Rest of the world: We will try to avoid customs duties that you need to pay, but if customs and import duties, fees, and taxes are incurred, they are borne by the customer. Customs authorities require us to indicate the value of your order directly on the package.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay custom taxes and duties.
Delivery
- We are unable to refund or replace any packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure. We cannot file a refund for orders not received due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping address.
- Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect shipping address can be reissued if and only when they are received back, and will incur a re-shipping fee.

- We will try our best to deliver your order to your door. In rare cases, the customer might need to pick it up from the local post office. Please note that we cannot issue a refund if customers refuse to collect packages from their local post office.
